Adagold Aviation is a leading wholly Australian owned Aircraft Charter Solutions company providing specialised air charter services within the passenger and cargo markets to Government and Corporate clients worldwide.
Due to ongoing expansions we are now generating over $100m in revenues p.a., so we are currently seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated person to join our unique company at our National Corporate Office in Mascot, Sydney.
Responsibilities include customer consultation and solutions management via phone, email or face to face interactions. This role reports into the Charter Operations Manager who in turn reports to the General Manager Commercial.
You will be sourcing charter solutions for each of our highly valued customers, utilising our extensive aircraft Database, exclusive aircraft operator relationships, CRM systems and ISO Business Processes to optimise returns to the company.
The successful applicant will need to have the following:
- Outstanding people skills and a great phone sales manner
- High level of computer literacy
- Strong team work, ethics and loyalty
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Strong flexible work ethic
- Ability to travel may be required
- Capacity to think strategically through complex scenarios with a high attention to detail will be required
The role could be likened to a seasoned Corporate or VIP International Travel Consultant, or Aviation logistics solutions type role, so background experience in either travel or aviation is highly desirable.
Minimum requirements:
- Min 5 years full time employment in the Travel, Aviation or Solutions services industries
- Previously held an office based customer service type rol
- Ability to operate most common MS programs
- Telephone or field selling skills will be highly regarded
- Applicants must be either Australian Citizens or hold a valid work visa

Adagold Aviation Pty Ltd is a 20 year old company that continues to evolve and grow, and this position will require a dedicated field sales person who is looking for a career in aviation with a great private company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow charter revenues for the business through the use of Pro-Active sales techniques: Face to face, Telephone sales activity, including cold-calling Identification, Development & Conversion of potential air charter customers across all sectors of the market
- Focus on both ad-hoc and contract potential across a number of industry sectors, including Corporate, Travel, Government, and special interest segments
- Develop key customer relationships to build long term loyalty
- Effectively represent the company at business and industry functions and events
- Create new business opportunities from market sub segments through creativity, analysis and pro-active sales techniques
- Report on all activity on a monthly basis
- Some interstate and international travel on occasion may be required, spending several days or longer away from home
Person Description:

- Effective communicator with all levels of customers

Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years employment experience in a field sales role, including cold calling experience
- Intermediate or above skills on all MS Office programs

Desirable Experience:
- An understanding of Aircraft & the broader Aviation or Travel industry in a sales role is desirable
- An understanding of MS Dynamics CRM or a similar customer database management system will be an advantage
Package:
- $60 - 80k OTE package (dependent on experience) + super + tools of trade (e.g. iPhone & Laptop)

We are looking for experienced Cabin Crew to join our team in Based in Darwin.

- Prior Cabin Crew experience Preferably on A340 or Airbus Fleet.

- Current Australian Passport
