Simon Llewellyn
CEO + Director
In the ten years Simon has been with Adagold, he has developed the most client focussed and professional charter management team in Australia. His intimate understanding of the Australian aircraft charter industry positions him as one of the most knowledgeable Managers in the Australian aviation industry.
Mark Clark
Managing Director + Chairman
Mark Clark is the founder and Chairman of Adagold Aviation. He is a former C-130 crew member who was engaged in both civil and military conflict and humanitarian disaster relief operations globally. Mark has over 38 years’ experience in varied roles within aviation across five continents. As the founder of Adagold Aviation, he has been the driving force of leadership and the pursuit of excellence. He is passionate about disruptive technology and its impact on future business opportunities.
Anil Patel
Director
Company Secretary
Anil Patel, is the senior in-house counsel, a Director and the Company Secretary of Adagold Aviation. He is a solicitor of the High Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Supreme Court of England and Wales. Anil has over 30 years’ experience acting in business, property and commercial matters and has practised in Queensland since 1996.

Jason Tysoe

Jason joined Adagold in 2015 and brings over 10 years experience in Senior Finance roles in the construction industry. These roles involved multi-million dollar contracts with high levels of compliance requirements. Jason’s role at Adagold include general responsibility and oversight for the Adagold Contracting and Charter divisions.
Steve Bellamy

Work Experience/professional history
I’ve had a varied career ranging from in aircraft engineering, flying instructing, banner towing, fire bombing, aircraft charter, airline operations, operations management and business leadership roles; all leading to the current role of providing specialist aviation advice.
Role and main work activities at Adagold
Oversighting the technical and safety elements of the Adagold Aviation operations.
What do you most enjoy about working at Adagold?
The ever changing nature of the requests that come through from the customers. No two days are ever the same.
Activities/hobbies out of work, what do you love to do?
I have been a volunteer with Marine Rescue for over 18 years. I like fixing my old car, and have now returned to doing some private flying when the weather lets me.
Favourite travel destination?
I’ve travelled a lot and my favourite destination is getting home after weeks away. Whilst I really enjoy many places in the world, there is nothing like the feeling of coming home and planning for the next place to see.
Katelyn Aslett BDM
Sales and Marketing Manager
Work Experience/professional history?
I ran my own design business for 20 years; developing international clients and developing products. It involved understanding international trade, relationships, marketing and branding and the need to work with integrity and passion.
Activities/hobbies out of work, what do you love to do?
Gardening, cooking, cooking what I have grown, exploring food destinations and traveling to new places.
Philanthropy also plays a big part in my life. In my spare time, I have been setting up a philanthropic app to raise funds for a charity called My Giving Table. This has been a rewarding and also positive learning experience.
Any Pets?
2000 compost worms and some gold fish.
Favourite Food?
Any food that has fresh local produce and is created with love.
Favourite travel destination?
Whitsundays, Spain and Africa.
What do you most enjoy about working at Adagold?
Adagold has trust in their employees’ ability to work autonomously. I love working with a team of dedicated professionals, all with diverse backgrounds and an incredible understanding of the industry. Our work is always different and exciting, clients and partners are interesting, so work is never dull.
